Information we store

When you create an account, MyWeddingBells stores your name, email address and a password hash. When you create an invitation, we store the wedding details, the invitation URL, selected design and any photograph you upload. If guests reply, we store the RSVP details they submit.

Where information is stored

Information is stored in the MyWeddingBells website database and file storage on its hosting account. The website needs this information to publish invitation pages, display photographs and collect guest replies. Do not assume that invitation content is private once it is published.

Who can see invitation information

Published invitation pages can be viewed by anyone who has the invitation link. The invitation owner can review RSVP responses from their account. Website administrators may access stored information for support, security and platform administration.

Cookies and sessions

We use essential session cookies to keep customers signed in and protect forms. The website does not need advertising cookies to create or display invitations.

Editing and deletion

You can edit or delete your invitation from the customer dashboard. Deleting an invitation removes its associated RSVP records from the active database. Account deletion or other privacy requests can be sent to the website administrator.

Sharing responsibly

Only upload photographs and information you have permission to share. Avoid adding sensitive personal details, private phone numbers or information that guests should not see.
